Culture shock

I'm writing this about that I have got culture shocks.
First shock is about Ozzy guy who is real estate agent.
I had rented a house from him.
He came to inspect our house after a month since i rent.
He didn't take off his shoes when he into the house even our shoes was put at entrance.
And we were in the living room, he came to talk to us and he put foots with the shoes on the our living table.
It was so dirty and he didn’t care about our life style.
